Japan first, then on to Kazan

The New Zealand Senior Women landed in Tokyo, Japan yesterday after an early morning departure from Auckland International Airport. The Kiwis are training with the Japanese national team leading up to the FINA World Championships in Kazan, Russia.

Kazan 2015 opens this time next week, with the water polo competition commencing on Sunday 26th. The New Zealand Women feature in the opening match of the championships, meeting Canada in their second collision this year. Following games include against Spain on Tuesday 28th, and then against Kazakhstan on Thursday 30th. See the full Kazan 2015 Women's Water Polo draw here.
