How do you manage to juggle work, study, training, social life etc./any wise words for aspiring water polo players?
Lots of time management and planning everything ahead of time.
When did you start playing water polo?
Started playing flippa ball at age 9 and progressed through Tauranga Water Polo Club.
What is your favourite water polo memory at home?
Beating North Harbour in the Under 16 Northern League four or five years ago.
What has been your international water polo highlight?
Beating Hungary in a test series in 2011 in Hungary with the born 1993/4 Squad.
When your alarm goes off at 5:30am what gets you out of bed?
Knowing that the best people have to do the same thing - it is all worth it in the long run.

What are you looking to accomplish in water polo? Why do you play?
I would love to eventually make the New Zealand Senior Women's Team and represent New Zealand at a senior World Championships.
What is the biggest barrier for you playing water polo?
Coming from Tauranga is always a barrier - having to travel to Auckland so often - but it is one of those things that has to be done. Also the money is always a struggle without funding.
What has New Zealand Water Polo given you personally?
Over the years I have learnt how to play in a team environment and learnt how to be a role model for younger players.
